Bento Box:

1.

Cucumbers, hummus, carrots, boiled eggs, a small piece of dark chocolate

2.

3 mini whole wheat pitas, hummus, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, trail mix

3.

Rolled up turkey or tofu cubes, blueberries, carrots, cucumber, 1/4 cup hummus, handful of almonds or cashews

4.

Small green salad with chickpeas or chicken, tomatoes, greek olives, 2 mini whole wheat pitas, small piece of dark chocolate

5.

1/2 cup of oats, 1 Tbs almond butter, dried cranberries, 1/4 cup milk, strawberries and bananas

6.

Baked tofu or chicken cubes, black berries, cashews, a few whole wheat crackers, pepper slices

1.

2 rice cakes with:

  • almond butter & coconut shreds​

  • smashed avocado & everything bagel seasoning

  • greek yogurt & blueberries

  • natural peanut butter & banana with a few chocolate chips

2.

a pear with almonds or alomond butter

3.

a banana with greek yogurt, raspberries & almond slices

4.

organic apples with almond butter or natural peanut butter

5.

1/2 of a whole wheat PB&J with an orange

6.

whole wheat english muffin with lite cream cheese & strawberries

7.

2 boiled eggs, 2 mini whole wheat pitas

8.

2 boiled eggs or cubed tofu, with a handful of grapes and cucumbers
